Questions people ask

How does pricing work?: Ongoing work is a monthly retainer based on the services and volume involved, while logos, brand materials, websites and setups are priced per project. Either way you get a written quote before anything starts.
What if I only have a small budget?: Tell me the number. Most of what I do can be scaled up or down, so we’ll start with the pieces that matter most and add from there.
Is there a contract?: Monthly work is month to month with two weeks' notice, and projects have a one-page agreement covering scope, price and date.
Will you post and reply as me?: If you want me to. We write a one-page tone guide together in the first week, and from there you can approve everything before it goes out or only the things you care about.
How soon can we start?: Usually within one to two weeks. Setup takes about a week, and the regular work starts straight after.
